Anne-Marij van Leengoed, Aika, is an executive coach and trainer in Haarlem. She combines Western ambition with Eastern calm and wisdom. She supports ambitious professionals, managers, and entrepreneurs who struggle with stress, balance, or purpose. Returning to authenticity, strength, and energy. Her clients have achieved a lot. And they notice it becomes increasingly difficult. The mind never switches off. Energy decreases or is already gone. Friction arises with the people around them. And the feeling that things cannot continue like this grows stronger. She takes you to the layer beneath the symptoms. To what is truly going on, and to what you have suppressed for years because there was no time for it. Not to understand it, but to feel it and let it go. Besides coaching and mind management (recognizing and breaking mental patterns), she works with yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation. Because that is where thinking cannot take you. From head to heart, so you act again from your own authenticity, strength, and energy. After studying International Business in Maastricht, she led a company in Los Angeles for ten years. She knows what it is like to perform under high pressure and always be switched on. NOBCO/EMCC-certified coach. In Dutch and English, on location in Haarlem and online. Anne-Marij also provides in-company training in authenticity and self-awareness. Additionally, she offers relaxation sessions at larger events. The introductory meeting is free and without obligation.
