Breathwork is not a relaxation technique, but a way to make patterns and suppressed tension tangible, so that real change can occur in daily life. The guidance is not therapy or a quick fix. It is intended for men who are willing to honestly examine their patterns and take responsibility for their choices, boundaries, and behavior—in relationships, work, and leadership. The program consists of an in-depth one-on-one program, potentially supplemented with group sessions. Sessions take place in Haarlem and online. There is room for a non-binding introductory meeting to explore whether this way of working is suitable.
